Shipping Policy
How and when Tuck and Glow orders are dispatched, how they are packaged, and what to do if a parcel does not arrive.

Processing Time
Orders are picked and dispatched on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays enter the queue on the next business day.
Discreet Packaging
Every order ships in plain outer packaging. There is no product imagery, no brand marketing, and nothing on the outside that describes the contents.
Delivery Estimates
Shipping cost and the estimated delivery window are calculated at checkout from the destination address you enter. The estimate shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order.
Tracking
A tracking reference is issued once the parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan.
Undelivered Or Delayed Parcels
- If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact us with your order number.
- If a parcel is returned to sender because the address was incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
- Customs duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
