What We Collect

• Contact and delivery details you enter at checkout: name, email, shipping address, and phone number where required by the carrier.
• Order contents and order history.
• Basic technical data your browser sends, used to serve the site and diagnose faults.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not ask for, and do not store, gender identity or transition status. Nothing in your account records why you shop with us.

We never see or store your full card number. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider.

How We Use It

• To process, pack and deliver your order.
• To answer support requests about an order.
• To meet accounting and tax record-keeping obligations.

Who Processes Your Data

Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal, who process card and account details under their own privacy terms. Delivery carriers receive the name and address needed to deliver the parcel, and nothing about its contents.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as accounting rules require, then deleted. Support correspondence is kept for 24 months.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email info@tuckandglow.com and we will respond within 30 days.
