Orders And Acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order — for example where an item is out of stock or a delivery address cannot be served — and will refund in full if we do.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
Pricing
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and exclude any import duties. Where a price is listed in error we will contact you before dispatch rather than fulfil at the wrong price.
Product Descriptions And Fit
Sizing guidance, compression levels and shaping effects vary between people and body shapes. Descriptions are given in good faith as guidance, not as a guaranteed outcome for any individual.
Colours may render differently between screens.
Health
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Compression garments are not suitable for everyone; if you have a relevant medical condition, ask a clinician before wearing one for extended periods.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
